As team and group travel start to resume, we are staying up to date with all current and evolving Covid-19 safety protocols. From pre-tour planning to finishing your trip and arriving back home, we will be working to ensure your team’s health and safety. Safety and hygiene protocols will be planned for and discussed in the months leading up to tour. Every country may have different guidelines outlined by their government which is why we have always worked with on the ground partners who keep us informed of current guidelines around the world and who can ensure all safety protocols are being followed on tour. Hotels, bus companies, planes, and other activities will be sanitized and disinfected regularly.

Given this unprecedented time and government mandates around the world constantly changing, we understand there is a need for flexibility now more than ever. We generally can offer a full refund minus a small processing fee of 90 days before departure for COVID-19-related cancellations. Any cancellations inside 90 days will be a refund of all recoverable expenses.
If you cancel inside 90 days prior to departure, the refund process will be dictated based on our suppliers’ policies. We believe there are too many changes happening around the world to have a one size fits all cancellation policy. We are going above and beyond to offer you the most flexible refund process based on each airline, hotel, and other suppliers. With that in mind, developing a different refund process for each group requires some patience as it takes us time to outline all the details 😊
Please know that we will do everything we can to refund or credit as much money as possible if you must cancel.
